Campus Access:
To enter campus, all attendees must be present a government-issued photo ID and visitor QR code for the event. All attendees will be pre-registered for the visitor QR code and will receive an email from USC Trojan Visitor at tvisitor@usc.edu. prior to the event. The email contains a link to the QR code for the corresponding event date.
Parking:
Complimentary parking will be available at the McCarthy Way Parking Structure (formerly PSX), located off Figueroa Street at McCarthy Way. For the most direct route for drop-off or parking, use the following address in your GPS: 620 USC McCarthy Way, Los Angeles, CA 90089. Parking reservation details will be shared with registered guests prior to the event date. The closest campus access point will be located adjacent to the McCarthy Parking Structure.
Hotel Accommodations:
For your convenience, a room block has been reserved at the Omni Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles for the nights of June 4-5, 2025. Rooms can be reserved at a special conference rate of $219.00 per night. Guests will receive a waived destination fee and complimentary deluxe wifi upon booking. Valet parking is offered to guests at $65 per night. These rooms can be reserved by visiting the Omni Hotel Website or by calling (213) 617-3300. The room reservation deadline is Friday, May 23, 2025.

Shuttle Service
A complimentary shuttle service will be available to transport hotel guests from the Omni Hotel to USC Gould School of Law on Thursday, June 5, 2025. The shuttle will depart at 7:30 AM and return to the Omni at the end of the conference day. To utilize the shuttle, guests should meet in Omni's main hotel lobby, where a USC representative will be present for the trip. In case of a delay, the representative can be reached by phone. Additional information will be provided closer to the event date.
