DESCRIPTION:At USC Gould School of Law\, we offer four online master's degr
 ees and 12 online graduate certificates. As part of our online learning ex
 perience\, we combine dynamic self-paced (asynchronous) with live (synchro
 nous) online sessions to deliver a high-quality learning experience. The s
 ynchronous component of each class is a real-time meeting conducted over Z
 oom. We like to call these meetings "live sessions." Led by USC Gould facu
 lty\, our live sessions are in a seminar format\, where you will have an o
 pportunity to engage in a lively guided discussion with your peers. To pre
 pare for this live session\, we will email registrants a reading\, which m
 ay take up to 30 minutes to read. The live session will also be held in a 
 seminar format over Zoom\, where you will have an opportunity to engage in
  a lively discussion with your peers and Professor Anitha Cadambi. Please 
 come prepared to contribute by being on camera (i.e.\, turning your webcam
  on) and making sure your audio is working correctly. We want to hear your
  thoughts as there are no wrong answers or dumb questions. We hope you wil
