Building and managing a diverse and inclusive global workforce for the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Olympics and Paralympics presents unique challenges and opportunities. From obtaining non-immigrant visas for international athletes, to recruiting talent from the Los Angeles region and globally who will support the various sports and events, successful workforce planning on a global stage requires strategic leadership and management skills that employment attorneys and human resources professionals can learn from.
Featuring Lupe Valencia, the Managing Employment Counsel of LA28, and Jibit Cinar and Ireneo A.
